Eric is an independent financial advisor serving Southwest Missouri since 1985. He has specialized in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management by working with individuals to design personalized retirement planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, estate planning, and insurance planning. In his commitment to assisting people in their transition from corporate life to "re-wirement," Eric has also worked with many local companies and institutions helping them evaluate their retirement options.
Eric obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, in 1992 and received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Augustana College in 1983. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1974.
As a registered representative and investment adviser representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC (named Broker/Dealer of the Year an unprecedented 10 times by Investment Advisor magazine*), Eric is able to help his clients work toward their financial solutions/goals.
Away from the office, Eric has formally been committed to his volunteer work as a former member of the board with the Springfield Workshop, Inc.; Springfield Workshop Foundation, Inc.; and the SB40 Board for the Developmentally Disabled in Christian County. He is currently a member of the Public Building Corporation for Christian County and the Springfield and Ozark Area Chambers of Commerce. Eric is active in his church, and on occasion, you can find him sailing on Lake Stockton.

Vicki is the office manager and operations director. She attended the University of Wisconsin and obtained her escrow license in 2015. Vicki is also testing for the FINRA Series 7 securities registration in 2019. She has been with Eric’s office now for two years and has a corporate background at Motorola for 15 years along with 10 years at Reckitt Benckiser and two years experience with escrow titling. “My objective is to create and maintain processes to improve and expand the operations of the business. In addition, go above and beyond to fulfill our mission statement, I conduct staff training and assist Eric with special projects and his day-to-day responsibilities.”
Brooke is the office receptionist and media designer. She is a student at Missouri State University studying business administration. Her objective is to provide our clients with a welcoming interaction, in person or on the phone. “Being one of the first lines of communication with our client family, I want to provide a friendly first impression to every person with my special way of assisting in our service delivery.”
